Responsibilities

• Manage a high-volume personal injury caseload in a fast-paced environment.
• Handle pre-litigation personal injury cases from start to finish.
• Develop complex, high-value cases.
• Lead client communications and set expectations.
• Direct investigation and evidence development.
• Drive medical record and billing collection and analysis.
• Draft persuasive demands for insurance carriers.
• Negotiate settlements aggressively and intelligently.
• Collaborate with case managers to support clients.
• Maintain clean documentation and adhere to deadlines.
