If you build airtight demand packages and push adjusters to real value, you will thrive here with support, systems, and staff to amplify results. The role requires JD, fluent Spanish preferred; in-office schedule Monday–Friday, 8-hour shifts.

Qualifications

• JD from an accredited law school.
• Experience managing an active docket of 200+ pre-litigation cases.
• Supervising a team of case managers and support staff.
• Drafting and reviewing demands.
• Settlement negotiations.
• Client counseling and strategic case resolution.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy, leverage, and negotiation to secure favorable pre-litigation outcomes.
• Manage and mentor a team handling high-volume pre-litigation cases.
• Develop airtight demand packages and push for full value from insurers.
