Amaro Law Firm is seeking a elite Pre-litigation Personal Injury Attorney with 2+ years of experience, 1+ years leading a team, and a proven track record in pre-litigation case management. This role rewards strategy, leverage, and negotiation, with a focus on achieving high-value settlements.

We provide support, systems, and staff so our attorneys can focus on strategy, negotiation, and results. Hybrid schedule with a strong client-centered approach is offered.

Qualifications

• JD from an accredited law school.
• Managing active docket of 200+ pre-litigation cases.
• Supervising a team of case managers and other support staff.
• Drafting/reviewing demands.
• Settlement negotiations
• Client counseling
• Strategic case resolution

Responsibilities

• Lead pre-litigation personal injury cases and strategy.
• Manage docket and supervise staff to ensure timely progress.
• Negotiate settlements to maximize client value.
• Provide strategic counseling to clients throughout the process.
• Collaborate with partners to grow the practice and improve processes.
