Qualifications

• Juris Doctor from an accredited law school.
• Active license and good standing with the State Bar of Texas.
• Two or more years of personal injury experience preferred.
• Strong negotiation, analytical, organizational, and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage an assigned caseload of personal injury matters from pre-litigation through settlement or referral to litigation.
• Review case facts, liability, medical records, treatment history, and damages to develop strategies.
• Negotiate with insurance adjusters and defense representatives to maximize settlements.
• Maintain professional client communication and provide guidance on settlement options and process.
• Collaborate with paralegals, case managers, medical providers, and other staff to advance case outcomes.
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws and professional responsibilities.
