If you build airtight demand packages and push adjusters to real value, you will thrive here with support, systems, and staff to amplify results. The role requires JD, fluent Spanish preferred; in-office schedule Monday–Friday, 8-hour shifts.

About the Role

We are seeking an elite Pre-litigation Personal Injury Attorney with 3+ years of experience, 3+ years of experience leading a team, and a proven track record of successful pre-litigation case management to join our rapidly growing firm! This role is for an attorney who loves strategy, leverage, and negotiation – someone who understands that great cases are won long before they ever see a courtroom.
