BCG Attorney Search is seeking a Pre-Litigation Attorney in San Diego, CA to handle pre-litigation personal injury matters from intake to settlement, working closely with partners, case managers and clients.

The ideal candidate has a J.D. from an accredited law school, an active license to practice in California, 2+ years in personal injury, and strong negotiation and communication skills with a client-first mindset.

Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school.
• 2+ years of personal injury experience, preferably in a pre-litigation role.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Team player with a client-first attitude.

Responsibilities

• Manage a docket of pre-litigation personal injury cases from intake through settlement.
• Evaluate case value and help formulate legal strategy.
• Communicate effectively with clients, insurers, and medical providers.
• Draft demand letters and negotiate settlements.
• Collaborate with partners to prepare cases for potential litigation.
• Provide guidance and support to case managers and support staff.
