Job summary

A law firm seeks an experienced Pre-Litigation Attorney in Charlotte, North Carolina. The role involves managing non-priority client files from assignment through treatment and disbursement, ensuring exceptional client service and effective case management.

The position requires a JD from an ABA-accredited law school, NC State Bar admission, and at least 2 years of personal injury experience. Supervisory experience and strong communication skills are highly valued in a fast-paced, high-volume

Qualifications

• JD from an ABA-accredited law school.
• Admission in good standing to NC State Bar; SC State Bar admission a plus.
• Minimum of 2 years of personal injury practice experience.
• Strong client service orientation and leadership abilities.
• Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assign cases to Case Managers and conduct attorney reviews.
• Monitor client contact standards and checklist items.
• Communicate with clients to manage cases and handle escalated calls.
• Supervise Case Management Supervisor and participate in weekly conferences.
• Review client surveys and manage employee issues with HR Director.
• Oversee medical records department and ensure timely case flow.
• Perform settlement appointments and strategize to improve case value.
• Review new cases for Statute of Limitations and adjust systems accordingly.
