Job summary

Addison Group is partnering with a respected law firm to identify a Pre-Litigation Case Manager in Charlotte, NC to manage a high-volume personal injury caseload from inception through resolution. This role requires strong organization, client service, and the ability to work independently with attorneys, medical providers, and insurance adjusters.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in a personal injury law firm as a Case Manager, Paralegal, or similar legal role.
• Prior legal experience with high-volume litigation/pre-litigation caseload preferred.
• Spanish fluency (verbal and written) highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage 120+ personal injury cases from inception through resolution.
• Provide comprehensive support to clients navigating bodily injury and property damage claims.
• Conduct monthly client calls to gather treatment updates and monitor medical progress.
• Identify and prioritize cases to ensure timely resolution.
• Maintain and follow up on insurance claims with accuracy and procedures.
• Build relationships with clients, providers, adjusters, and external parties.
• Summarize medical records to support case development and prepare settlement packages.
• Maintain accurate case documentation and organize files.
