Alliance of Professionals & Consultants, Inc. (APC) is seeking a Pre-Construction Manager for an onsite role in Woodland, TX.

The position is a direct hire with responsibilities spanning construction plan interpretation, permit procurement, and coordination with engineers, architects, and the design team. You will review submittals, manage change orders, schedule inspections, and ensure compliance with contract documents while maintaining project schedules.

Formación

• 7+ years of building and construction management experience.
• OSHA Site Safety Experience.
• Proven construction knowledge across multiple trades.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel.

Responsabilidades

• Interpret construction plans and ensure compliance per contract.
• Obtain permits, manage documentation, and submit changes.
• Review submittals and coordinate with engineers, architects, and design team.
• Schedule inspections and maintain project schedules with Project Manager.
• Maintain records and ensure hand-off packages to Project Managers.
