Job summary

Alliance of Professionals & Consultants, Inc. (APC) is seeking a Project Administrator to support civil survey projects in an onsite Denver, CO setting.

You will assist project managers, manage project setup, cost tracking, documentation, and proposal coordination for public agency and transportation work. The ideal candidate brings 5+ years in project support, strong organizational skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and Adobe.

Qualifications

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in business administration, construction management, engineering support, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 5+ years of experience in project support, project coordination, project accounting, or project controls within the industry.
• Experience supporting civil engineering, transportation, or land surveying projects.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Adobe; strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide project and administrative support to project managers and technical staff.
• Maintain organized electronic and hard-copy project files and documentation.
• Coordinate meetings, schedules, and internal communications.
• Track labor, expenses, and subcontractor costs against project budgets.
• Prepare invoices and billing in accordance with contract requirements.
• Assist with RFQs and RFIs, including compiling required forms, resumes, and project information.
• Ensure proposals comply with agency and client requirements and deadlines.
