Qualifications

• Advanced knowledge of pre-award research administration including proposal development and sponsor compliance.
• Ability to interpret federal, state, and private sponsor guidelines.
• Experience developing complex proposal budgets, including personnel forecasting and multi-year projections.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex pre-award activities across multiple units with strong project management.
• Coordinate timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder communication for multi-investigator proposals.
• Mentor research administration staff and promote best practices and process improvements.
• Limited post-award support including award setup and compliance interpretations.
