Job summary

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- 10+ years of financial services or investment industry experience.
- 5-7 years of coaching/consulting with financial advisors.
- Strong knowledge of practice management, teams, and transitions.
- Credentials related to practice management are a plus.
- Proven presentation, listening, and influencing skills.
- Proficiency with Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Responsibilities
- Act as a mediator, facilitator, and consultant to advisors and teams on efficiency, growth, communication and leadership.
- Coach on teaming, transitions, business planning, segmentation and brand development.
- Partner with leadership to identify target advisors/teams and execute coaching.
- Document activities in RBC CRM and track progress with metrics.
