Job summary

RBC in Minneapolis seeks a Senior Associate Wealth Strategist to support a holistic wealth transfer planning approach for high net worth clients. The role primarily assists external Wealth Strategists and collaborates with Financial Advisors and clients across the United States.

You will contribute to tax and estate planning guidance, create educational content, and occasionally meet with clients, attorneys, CPAs, and advisors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3+ years of wealth transfer planning experience.
• Strong analytical and communication skills required.

Responsibilities

• Support external Wealth Strategists and field leadership to deliver a collaborative client experience; provide tax and estate planning guidance for HNW/UHNW clients.
• Occasionally provide direct consulting to Wealth Strategists, Financial Advisors, clients and their families; develop educational content and training for RBC staff and external partners.
