RBC is seeking a Senior Associate Wealth Strategist based in Minneapolis to support wealth transfer planning as a core part of the client experience for high net worth clients. This role primarily assists external Wealth Strategists across the U.S.

in collaboration with Financial Advisors and clients. The position involves direct consulting, content development, and training for advisors and external professionals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• 3+ years of wealth transfer planning experience

Responsibilities

• Support external Wealth Strategists with tax and estate planning for HNW/UHNW clients
• Occasionally provide direct consulting to Wealth Strategists, Financial Advisors and clients, and train RBC staff and external centers of influence
