Job summary

RBC is seeking a Senior Associate Wealth Strategist in Minneapolis to support holistic wealth transfer planning for high net worth clients. You will collaborate with external Wealth Strategists and Financial Advisors across the United States to deliver an integrated client experience.

The role includes developing educational content, training for advisors, and occasional direct consulting with clients and counsel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Strong analytical skills and excellent oral and written communication.
• 3+ years of experience with wealth transfer planning.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with external Wealth Strategists, field leadership, and support areas to ensure exceptional client experience; assist with tax and estate planning, business succession, trust and charitable planning for HNW/UHNW clients.
• Occasionally provide direct consulting to Wealth Strategists, Financial Advisors, clients and their families; develop educational content and training for Advisors and external centers of influence.
