Job summary

Plastic Surgery Institute of Washington is seeking an experienced Practice Administrator to lead operations across the plastic surgery practice, premier medspa, and AAAHC-accredited ambulatory surgery center. This hands-on leadership role partners closely with physician leadership to strengthen operations, financial performance, and patient experience.

You will oversee budgeting, staffing, and technology, while driving process improvements and strategic growth across the organization.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of healthcare administration or equivalent leadership experience.
• Experience in plastic surgery or medical aesthetics preferred.
• ASC experience strongly preferred.
• Strong budgeting, reporting and KPI management skills.
• Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and partner with physician owners.
• Bachelor's degree required; MBA or MHA is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations across the plastic surgery practice, medspa, and ASC.
• Partner with physician leadership on business strategy, growth, staffing and priorities.
• Lead department heads and staff with clear expectations, accountability and a strong team culture.
• Oversee budgeting, payroll, accounts payable, cash flow, financial reporting and KPIs; maintain accurate records in QuickBooks Online.
• Manage hiring, onboarding, training, performance management, benefits and employee programs.
• Evaluate workflows, staffing and systems and implement practical process improvements.
• Partner with internal and external marketing resources on patient acquisition, retention, brand positioning and marketing performance.
• Oversee core technology and vendor relationships, including Nextech, CRM, communications and IT; use modern tools, including AI, to improve efficiency.
