Job summary

Puyana Plastic Surgery is seeking an experienced Practice Manager to lead day‑to‑day operations of a growing plastic surgery practice. You will manage front desk, patient coordination, medical-office workflows, scheduling, and overall patient experience, stepping in as a patient/surgical coordinator when needed.

You will supervise non‑OR staff, drive KPI performance, and implement SOPs while maintaining a polished, efficient, patient‑friendly environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of medical practice management or comparable leadership experience.
• Experience in plastic surgery, cosmetic surgery, dermatology, aesthetics preferred.
• Strong organizational, communication, and KPI-driven capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the practice outside the operating room.
• Maintain organized, adequately staffed, and prepared daily operations.
• Direct front desk, patient coordination, and administrative workflows to ensure smooth patient flow.
• Lead scheduling, patient communications, and staff performance with accountability.
• Coach coordinators on organization, follow-up, and conversion performance.
• Ensure HIPAA compliance and confidentiality across all processes.
• Collaborate with leadership on SOPs and process improvements.
