Edward Elmhurst Health is seeking a Practice Manager III to oversee Urology and Vascular Surgery practices across Elmhurst and Naperville. The role manages daily operations, staff development, and finance to ensure high-quality patient care.

The position requires 5+ years in healthcare management, a Bachelor's (preferred) or higher, and is a full-time role with travel between clinics. CPR is preferred.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree preferred, or minimum of 5 years of equivalent experience.
• Masters degree preferred.
• 5+ years experience in healthcare management, hospital or medical practice management.
• AHA CPR - American Heart Association preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and manage daily operations of multiple medical practices across locations.
• Recruit, develop, and mentor a team of practice managers and staff.
• Drive financial performance including budgeting, revenue and expense control.
• Develop strategic initiatives to grow access and improve care quality.
• Maintain patient-centered service and high patient satisfaction.
• Ensure quality assurance, compliance with healthcare regulations and best practices.
• Improve efficiency through standardized processes and health IT solutions.
• Oversee supply procurement and inventory management.
• Prepare and present performance reports to inform leadership decisions.
