Endeavor Health is seeking a Practice Manager III to oversee multiple medical practices in Elmhurst and Naperville. The role drives strategic planning, operational excellence, staff management, and financial administration to deliver high-quality patient care.

The position requires 5+ years in healthcare management, a Bachelor's (Masters preferred), and CPR certification. Full-time, 40 hours weekly, with some travel between surrounding clinics and flexible scheduling for meetings.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree preferred, or 5+ years of equivalent healthcare management experience.
• Master’s degree preferred.
• 5+ years experience in healthcare management.
• AHA CPR preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Lead daily operations of a group of medical practices, ensuring consistency and high-quality care across locations.
• Recruit, develop, and lead a team of practice managers and staff, setting performance expectations and mentoring.
• Oversee financial performance including budgeting, revenue management, and expense control to optimize profitability.
• Develop and implement strategic initiatives to drive growth and improve patient access and care quality.
