Job summary

Elliot Pulmonary Medicine at Rivers Edge in Manchester, NH, seeks an experienced Practice Manager to lead our pulmonary service line, including Pulmonary Medicine, Rehabilitation, and PFT services. This role focuses on operational excellence, staff development, and delivering outstanding patient experiences across multiple sites.

The ideal candidate will drive efficient clinic operations, optimize scheduling, manage budgets, and collaborate with clinical leadership to implement new technologies

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree strongly preferred or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 3–5 years of supervisory experience in practice management of multiple locations.
• Experience leading a multidisciplinary team and improving patient care processes.

Responsibilities

• Oversees daily administrative operations of pulmonary service lines including patient interactions, scheduling, and Epic utilization.
• Partner with Nursing Manager and Medical Directors to oversee clinic flow, staffing, and access.
• Create and adjust provider schedules to maximize productivity and access.
• Monitor KPIs such as collections, denial rates, and patient throughput.
• Develop and implement provider performance reviews and staff training programs.
• Support budget development, expense control, and financial performance across locations.
• Drive quality improvement initiatives and adoption of new care models.
• Coordinate operations across multiple locations and ensure HIPAA and safety compliance.
