Job summary

The role focuses on operational excellence, patient experience, staff development, and collaboration with medical directors to drive growth. The manager will ensure compliant, efficient operations across locations and partner with revenue cycle teams to optimize financial performance.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three to five years of supervisory experience in practice management, preferably across multiple locations.
• Bachelor's Degree strongly preferred or equivalent experience.
• Membership in professional organization encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily administrative operations of pulmonary practices, including patient interactions, scheduling, and Epic utilization.
• Collaborate with Nursing Manager and Medical Directors to manage clinic flow, staffing, and patient access.
• Create and monitor provider schedules to maximize productivity and access; track vacations and CME hours.
