Job summary

Elliot Pulmonary Medicine, located at Rivers Edge campus in Manchester, NH, seeks an experienced Practice Manager to lead Pulmonary Medicine, Pulmonary Rehabilitation, and Pulmonary Function Testing services.

The role focuses on operational excellence, patient experience, staff development, and cross-disciplinary collaboration to drive growth of the GI/pulmonary service lines within Elliot Health System.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree strongly preferred or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 3–5 years supervisory experience in practice management, multiple locations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversees daily administrative operations of pulmonary practices, patient interactions, scheduling, and revenue-cycle coordination.
• Collaborates with Nursing Manager and Medical Directors on clinic flow, staffing, and patient access.
• Monitors provider schedules to optimize productivity and access; manages on-call coverage.
• Ensures contract compliance for employed/contracted providers and optimal use of templates.
