Job summary

SolutionHealth is seeking an experienced Practice Manager to lead Elliot Pulmonary Medicine at Rivers Edge in Manchester, NH. This leadership role drives operational excellence across pulmonary services and supports a multidisciplinary team in delivering exceptional patient care.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of supervisory practice-management experience, strong budgeting and scheduling skills, and a collaborative leadership style that focuses on staff development and patient experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree strongly preferred or equivalent experience required.
• Minimum of three to five years of supervisory experience in practice management.
• Experience managing multiple locations is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversees daily administrative operations of EPN/EPS practices, including scheduling and patient interactions.
• Partner with the Nursing Manager and Medical Directors to oversee day-to-day operations of the GI practice(s), including clinic flow, staffing, scheduling, patient access, Epic utilization, clinical workflows, customer service, supply management, and resolution of operational issues.
• Creates, monitors and adjusts provider schedules to maximize productivity and patient access; tracks vacation, sick, and education hours; manages on-call schedules.
• Supports contract compliance for employed and contracted providers; coordinates budgets, KPI tracking, and quality initiatives.
