Job summary

Elliot Health System - Rivers Edge campus, Manchester, NH, seeks a Practice Manager to lead its Pulmonary Medicine service line including Pulmonary Rehabilitation and PFTs. The role focuses on operational excellence, patient-centered care, and staff development within a growing specialty practice.

The manager will drive scheduling, provider templates, and access, while partnering with billing and revenue cycle to optimize financial performance and care delivery across locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree strongly preferred or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of three to five years of supervisory experience.
• Experience in practice management of multiple locations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversees daily administrative operations of pulmonary practices, Epic utilization, scheduling and patient access.
• Collaborates with clinical leadership to develop policies and practice standards.
• Monitors budget, expenses, KPIs and revenue cycle performance.
• Leads staff development, performance reviews and training programs.
• Ensures compliance with HIPAA, safety policies and regulatory guidelines.
• Coordinates operations across multiple locations if applicable.
