Job summary

Women’s Care in Tampa is seeking a Practice Manager to oversee daily unit operations, lead staff, manage budgets, and ensure top-level patient service. You will optimize patient access, provider scheduling, front-desk workflows, and collaboration with leaders to meet performance goals while upholding HIPAA and regulatory standards.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in management/healthcare, 3–5 years of progressive medical practice experience (5 years for senior level) and solid EMR/billing

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in management, healthcare, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years progressive medical practice experience; 5 years for senior level.
• Computer literacy with EMR systems, preferably eCW.
• Knowledge of medical terminology, billing, and insurance reimbursement.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of the practice and site performance.
• Lead and mentor staff; drive engagement, retention and growth.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition to recruit and staff the practice.
• Oversee patient access and provider scheduling workflows to improve access.
• Improve front desk operations to enhance financial performance and satisfaction.
• Ensure HIPAA compliance and regulatory adherence across the clinic.
