Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in health or business administration or equivalent combination of education and/or experience.
• Minimum three to five years’ experience in a healthcare or clinic setting.

Responsibilities

• Directs and supervises day-to-day functions of assigned clinics in the market/division.
• Develops and implements policies and procedures governing clinic operations.
• Conducts staff performance evaluations and interprets policies to employees and patients.
• Reviews and updates clinic policies to maintain regulatory compliance.
• Plans, directs, and budgets for clinic programs and activities.
• Recruits, interviews, hires, and develops clinic personnel and staff.
• Maintains liaison with patients and public information about services.
• Ensures a healthy work environment and maintains relations with medical staff.

Education
