ConvenientMD LLC in Portsmouth, NH is expanding its Primary Care clinic and seeks a Practice Manager to lead day-to-day operations and drive long-term strategy. You will oversee operations, scheduling, staff leadership, budgeting, and quality initiatives to ensure exceptional patient experiences.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years of healthcare management, strong people skills, and proficiency with Office tools.

• 1-3 years of demonstrated success in leading, mentoring, and growing teams.
• Experience in medical practice management, human resources, and data analysis.
• Ability to work independently and drive results.
• Effective written and verbal communicator with cross collaboration.
• Knowledge of medical billing, basic coding, and terminology.
