Qualifications

• 5+ years of PR/media relations and thought leadership experience in B2B SaaS.
• Experience with executive teams and in-house/brand-side roles.
• Strong business acumen and ability to connect PR to company goals.
• Excellent judgement and ability to counsel executives.
• Cross-functional leadership and relationship-building across teams.
• Willingness to experiment and think outside the box.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and clear narratives.
• Ownership from diagnosis to resolution.

Responsibilities

• Secure media placements across traditional and new media with PR agency support.
• Partner on PR/Thought Leadership strategy to launch products and secure top-tier placements.
• Develop big ideas with cross-functional teams to create news.
• Support executive thought leadership at events.
• Develop social content for Justworks executives.
• Oversee PR/Media relations tools (MuckRack and Meltwater).
• Own PR reporting with bi-weekly and quarterly updates.
