Rightworks, headquartered in Nashua, NH, seeks a Director of Corporate Communications to lead strategy and execution of corporate and executive communications, strengthening reputation and thought leadership across the accounting and technology markets. Reporting to the CMO, this hands-on role combines strategic leadership with writing and media craft.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive experience in corporate communications, public relations, or related disciplines.
• Ability to translate business strategy into compelling communications.
• Strong media relations experience with business and industry media.
• Exceptional writing, editing, storytelling, and presentation-development skills.
• Experience supporting senior executives with presentations, thought leadership, media interviews, podcasts, and speaking engagements.

Responsibilities

• Develop executive presentations and communications articulating strategy, priorities, insights, and initiatives.
• Establish communications strategy with measurable goals and track media visibility, thought leadership, and share of voice.
• Prepare executives for podcasts, media interviews, and speaking engagements with briefing materials and talking points.
• Own and execute corporate communications and PR strategy aligned with priorities.
• Write high-impact corporate content including thought leadership and announcements.
• Maintain corporate narrative and consistent external messaging.
