Job summary

A leading consulting firm is seeking Certified PR/SERE High Risk Training Instructors to deliver high-risk training at Marine Corps Base Camp Lejeune. Responsibilities include developing course material, providing assessments, and supporting PR/SERE training. Candidates must be graduates of an approved DoD FSLC SERE Course with a minimum of 3 years of military service. The position may be contracted and requires excellent instructional skills and the ability to work with diverse teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of US military service with general discharge under honorable conditions.
• Graduate of an approved DoD FSLC SERE Course or equivalent.
• Subject matter expert in PR/SERE training as per JPRA guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Provide services as a Certified PR/SERE HRTI focusing on Human Capital solutions.
• Develop and deliver various PR/SERE training programs and assessments.
• Perform research on course content and adult learning trends.
