A military training contractor is seeking a Senior SERE Instructor to deliver high-risk Survival, Evasion, Resistance, and Escape training at Fairchild AFB. The ideal candidate will have extensive military service and experience instructing SERE courses. Duties include training personnel under rigorous conditions and assessing student performance. Qualifications

• Graduate of USAF SV81A or DoD SERE Level C Course.
• 5+ years of instructing at Level-C SERE course.
• 10+ years of military service with minimum rank E-7.
• Honorable discharge required.
• Ability to meet demanding physical requirements.

Responsibilities

• Deliver field and technical SERE instruction.
• Conduct resistance training including role-play scenarios.
• Instruct students in navigation and signaling devices.
• Train students in austere conditions.
• Assess performance and improve training materials.
