Job summary

FourLeaf Federal Credit Union is seeking a communications leader to plan, develop, implement, and manage internal and external PR activities. You will lead media relations, oversee events, and promote a consistent brand narrative with members, the community, and the media.

Collaborate with Marketing, Digital Strategy, and executives to draft press materials, monitor coverage, and steer crisis and issue communications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Communications/PR or related field.
• 4+ years of Public Relations experience.
• Strong written and verbal communications skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan, develop, implement, and manage internal and external communications and PR activities.
• Lead media relations and manage media requests; coordinate with partners.
• Represent FourLeaf with members, community, and media; promote brand messaging.
• Draft and edit press releases, advisories, talking points, and exec communications.
• Monitor media coverage and identify opportunities for positive exposure.
• Support crisis communications and employee communications on internal channels.
