FourLeaf Federal Credit Union is seeking an experienced security leader to develop and oversee comprehensive security programs protecting employees, assets, information, and the organization’s reputation within a financial institution setting. This role requires strategic thinking, risk management, and crisis response.

You will lead a security team, coordinate with stakeholders, ensure regulatory compliance, and continuously improve business continuity and physical safety across all locations.

Qualifications

• College degree in security management disciplines or related law enforcement experience.
• 15+ years of leadership experience in security operations for a large financial institution or similar.
• Strong leadership, negotiation, and investigative skills.
• Certifications such as CPP, PSP, CEM, or CFE are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute an enterprise-wide security vision aligned with growth objectives.
• Oversee physical security, access control, CCTV, alarms, and SOC operations.
• Lead risk management, threat assessment, and incident response planning.
• Coordinate with stakeholders and business leaders on security strategies.
• Develop security training programs and oversee investigations as needed.
• Manage budgets and third-party security contracts.
