Job summary

FourLeaf Federal Credit Union seeks an accomplished security leader to develop and oversee an enterprise-wide security program. You will guide risk management, incident response, and crisis planning across a financial services setting, safeguarding employees, assets, and information.

You will manage a security team, coordinate with executives, and drive compliance with applicable laws and regulations while supervising budgets and vendor relationships.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of leadership in security operations for large financial institutions or equivalent.
• Bachelor’s degree in security or related field.
• Experience with risk management and incident response.
• Knowledge of Bank Protection Act of 1968, 12 CFR, NCUA guidance.
• Certifications: CPP, PSP, CEM, or CFE; Incident Command certifications a plus.
• Experience with security alarm and video systems.
• Knowledge of bank and branch operations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee enterprise-wide security vision, goals, and governance.
• Lead security operations including physical security, access control, CCTV, alarms, and SOC.
• Coordinate crisis response, business continuity, and tabletop exercises with stakeholders.
• Lead investigations, root-cause analysis, and post-incident actions.
• Manage security budgeting and vendor contracts to optimize spend.
