Databricks in San Francisco is seeking a Senior Public Relations Manager to shape our voice at the forefront of data + AI. You will lead PR programs for product launches, corporate and partner announcements, customer storytelling, and executive communications, partnering with the Senior Director of Global Communications to elevate our profile.

Formación

• 8+ years of communications experience in an enterprise software or growth-stage technology company.
• Experience working with data and AI companies and technologies; experience leading product PR, corporate PR, and partner communications.
• Fluency with AI tools and a track record of using them to improve workflows, accelerate content creation, or streamline research.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling stories that resonate with diverse audiences.
• Collaborative, team player, with a proven track record of partnering cross-functionally with product, corporate development, partner marketing, legal, and executives.
• Deep understanding of the media and new media landscape, with established relationships with key journalists, editors, producers, and creators.
• Experience with crisis communications and reputation management.
• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field.

Responsabilidades

• Lead PR programs that elevate our profile, showcase innovations, and position leaders at the center of enterprise AI.
• Partner with the Senior Director of Global Communications to drive product launches, partner announcements, customer storytelling, funding news, and acquisitions.
• Use AI and agents to work faster, automate routine tasks, and push the boundaries of modern comms teams.
• Oversee the creation of press releases, blog posts, op-eds, talking points, and more that resonate with target audiences.
• Elevate executive communications with leadership and founding teams for external events, increasing speaking invitations and media engagement.
• Manage agency relationships in North America to deliver high-impact results aligned with strategic goals.
