Databricks is seeking a Senior Public Relations Manager to shape the voice of a leading data + AI company. You will drive product and corporate PR, elevate leaders, and partner with the Senior Director of Global Communications to deliver high-impact campaigns.

You will manage cross-functional teams, craft compelling narratives around Genie and other platform innovations, and raise the company profile through focused media outreach and thought leadership.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of enterprise software/tech comms experience.
• Experience with data and AI companies; leading product and corporate PR.
• Fluency with AI tools to improve workflows and content creation.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication.
• Collaborative, cross-functional partner with executives.
• Deep media/new media relationships.
• Crisis communications and reputation management.
• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Shape PR strategy and lead programs for product launches, partnerships, and corporate news.
• Generate high-quality media coverage in top outlets and build earned media wins.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and exec teams to ensure consistent messaging.
• Use AI agents to accelerate content creation and automate routine tasks.
• Oversee content creation including press releases, blogs, and talking points.
• Elevate executive communications and support external events with leadership.
