Job summary

Klaviyo in Boston is seeking a Senior Public Relations Lead to shape corporate and product narratives, guiding media strategy and executive storytelling with a focus on AI and enterprise platforms.

You'll partner with our Head of Communications and senior leaders to craft media-ready stories, manage agencies, and coach spokespeople, all while driving data-driven narratives across multiple channels to elevate Klaviyo's autonomous D2C positioning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in communications, PR, journalism, marketing, or related field.
• 10+ years in public relations, corporate communications, media relations, or related field, including in-house and/or agency experience.
• Experience supporting technology, SaaS, B2B, or high-growth companies preferred.
• Experience developing corporate and product communications strategies with senior executives.

Responsibilities

• Own PR across corporate and product communications, aligning media strategy with company goals, product launches, and milestones.
• Drive media engagement across business, tech, trade, and broadcast; proactively pitch stories and secure coverage.
• Develop executive thought leadership: shape points of view, craft messaging, grow executive presence on LinkedIn, secure speaking opportunities.
• Own and evolve Klaviyo's agent story to position the company in AI and agent spaces.
• Lead data-driven narrative development with product, marketing, and analytics teams.
• Manage PR agencies in the US and Europe and coach spokespeople for interviews.
• Collaborate across teams to ensure messaging is consistent and media-ready.
• Work with content team on reactive posts to industry news.
• Leverage AI tools to automate workflows.
