Job summary

Databricks is seeking a Director of Product Marketing for Databricks AI to lead the end-to-end marketing strategy across Agent Bricks, our enterprise agent platform, and core ML products. You will translate product innovations into clear market narratives and customer content.

You will build and mentor a high-performing team, collaborate with product, sales, and marketing, and drive AI adoption, pipeline, and developer engagement through targeted campaigns and impactful product launches.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of technical product marketing experience in enterprise software with team leadership.
• Experience with AI/ML technologies.
• Strong understanding of AI decision makers and builders (developers, AI engineers).
• Portfolio of impactful marketing content, sales enablement materials and always-on GTM.
• Experience presenting at conferences and customer engagements.
• Preferred BS in CS or Engineering, plus MBA.

Responsibilities

• Own the marketing strategy and planning with cross-team alignment.
• Lead, mentor, and scale a team of product marketers.
• Create collateral for sales, partners, and demand generation, including content campaigns and events.
• Operationalize an always-on go-to-market plan and pilot new programs.
• Partner with product and engineering to launch new products.
• Amplify customer success stories through marketing.
