Job summary

Wray Ward seeks a senior Public Relations Director to shape and lead integrated PR and influencer programs for key clients. You will act as a senior advisor, aligning communications with business objectives and mentoring a multi-account team.

You will drive annual strategy, oversee influencer partnerships, and ensure performance through analytics, while guiding crisis planning and cross-disciplinary collaboration across Content, Social Media, and Paid Media.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or related field.
• 10–12+ years of public relations experience, preferably in an agency.
• Proven experience leading integrated communications programs for national brands.
• Expertise developing influencer marketing strategies and creator partnerships.
• Strong understanding of evolving media landscape and digital comms.
• Experience managing client relationships at a senior level and advising.

Responsibilities

• Lead the strategic development of integrated PR and influencer programs for assigned clients.
• Serve as the senior communications counselor to clients with executive guidance.
• Develop annual communications strategies aligned with client objectives and measurable outcomes.
• Identify opportunities to integrate earned media, influencer partnerships, content, and social media.
• Lead crisis communications planning and response with agency leadership.
• Ensure programs deliver measurable business impact through analytics and optimization.
• Lead and mentor Public Relations Associate Directors, Senior PR Managers, and Coordinators across accounts.
• Allocate resources across accounts while ensuring high-quality client service.
