R&R Partners seeks a dynamic Corp Communications Senior Director to lead client programs across industries, guiding long-term reputation management and brand strategy. You will craft messaging, oversee crisis communications, and mentor a growing team while maintaining high-level client relationships in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires a minimum of 10 years in public relations/public affairs and a strong network with media and content creators.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of corporate communications experience and a proven track record.
• Experience mentoring junior team members and managing senior client interactions.
• Extensive media relationships and ability to nurture and build new ones.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
• Proficiency with CRM systems and media-monitoring tools; familiarity with AI in PR advisable.
• Strong knowledge of social media strategies and brand reputation management.
• Bachelor’s degree in communications or related field; public affairs experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with VP/EVP to set the strategic direction for clients.
• Maintains senior-level client contact and presents with confidence.
• Develops media training programs and crisis response plans.
• Represents the agency at industry functions and mentors staff.
• Builds media relationships and secures influential placements.
• Leads internal communications across departments and campaigns.
• Identifies new business opportunities and cross-sells services.
