Scratch Marketing + Media is seeking a stellar Public Relations (PR) Account Director / Senior Account Director to join our growing team of PR, content, creative and marketing professionals. We're a full-service agency in the B2B tech space, delivering integrated communications programs for AI, cloud, SaaS, and other technologies shaping the future.

In this role, you’ll lead strategy and delivery of PR and thought leadership programs, advising executives and mentoring Scratch team members.

Qualifications

5-8 years of PR experience, ideally in an agency setting, with a focus on B2B technology companies.
Track record counseling senior executives and building strong client relationships.
Fluency in today’s media landscape, including blogs, podcasts, Reddit and online communities, plus hands-on proficiency with generative AI tools.

Responsibilities

Lead PR strategy and counsel for client programs, aligning with business goals.
Manage media relations, securing coverage across top-tier tech, business and trade media.
Build client relationships as senior advisor and mentor Scratch team members.
Oversee content development across earned/owned media (press releases, bylines, talking points, reports).
Manage multiple accounts with on-time delivery and clear reporting of results.
