This highly client-facing role requires strong leadership, a deep understanding of AI, cloud, data analytics, cybersecurity, and the ability to translate business objectives into creative, results-driven PR strategies while managing multiple accounts.

Qualifications

• 6–8 years of PR and earned media experience, preferably in a B2B technology PR agency environment.
• Proven track record developing and leading successful public relations programs that deliver measurable business results.
• Strong understanding of program measurement approaches and resource allocation.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and execution of strategic PR programs aligned with clients' marketing objectives.
• Serve as day-to-day strategic lead on multiple client accounts and build trusted relationships.
• Develop and oversee creative, results-driven earned media strategies leveraging industry trends.
• Lead by example in media relations with strong reporter networks.
• Oversee high-quality written content including press releases and thought leadership pieces.
• Manage and mentor account teams, providing direction and professional development.
• Oversee account operations including budgets, hours, staffing, and expenses.
• Establish program measurement goals and translate results into actionable insights.
• Proactively identify opportunities to strengthen programs and drive results.
• Collaborate with agency leadership to deliver integrated solutions.
