Real in New York City is seeking an experienced Senior Account Director / Account Director to lead B2B technology PR programs for deep tech and enterprise clients. This hybrid role requires in-office presence on Tue, Wed, Thu.

You will manage client relationships, mentor teams, shape strategic messaging, and oversee integrated media campaigns across AI, semiconductors, fintech, and enterprise software. This is a high-visibility, growth-oriented opportunity with senior leadership collaboration.

Qualifications

• 6-12+ years of PR agency experience in B2B technology.
• Background in B2B technology communications with enterprise technology and/or deep tech clients.
• Proven success leading client relationships and account teams.
• Experience managing direct reports or mentoring junior team members.
• Strong strategic communications and messaging development skills.
• Established relationships with technology, business, and trade media.

Responsabilités

• Provide senior-level counsel to innovative deep tech and enterprise tech B2B clients.
