Job summary

SideCar PR is seeking a mid-level PR professional to join as a Sr. PR Associate, focusing on media outreach and content production across channels. You will quickly synthesize complex information to craft compelling stories and produce quality work.

The ideal candidate is self-starting, deadline-driven, and growth-minded, with strong AP style skills and a proven track record in content creation for multiple clients. Hybrid work week and Uptown office available.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-time PR experience (agency experience preferred).
• Proven track record of developing content for multiple clients, programs and channels.
• Near-perfect communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Familiarity with the AP Stylebook and best practices.
• Strong problem-solving and deadline-driven mindset.
• Growth mindset with willingness to learn and share knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Create high-quality original content (press releases, bylined articles, website copy, social posts, pitches, newsletters and other collateral) for clients in the commercial real estate space.
• Support multiple accounts and handle day-to-day client and media inquiries.
• Secure coverage, monitor and maintain client media coverage, and build media lists.
• Establish client voices and tones, adapt content for multiple channels and audiences.
• Develop new media relationships and coordinate thoughtful media events and logistics.
• Build detailed project reports with media coverage and KPIs, and lead with professionalism.
