The Hoffman Agency, a global PR and integrated marketing communications consultancy focused on B2B tech, seeks an Account Director to lead 4-6 client accounts. You will own strategy and execution, acting as the senior counselor to clients, and mentor a growing team.

This role sits in a hybrid US office setup (Boston, MA; Portland, OR; San Jose, CA). You’ll drive media strategy, craft key messages, and contribute to agency growth while maintaining a strong culture of collaboration and excellence.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of public relations experience; agency experience preferred.
• Proven track record managing multiple B2B accounts and PR plans.
• People management experience with direct reports.
• Excellent writing and editing; able to mentor drafts for C-suite clients.
• Strong organization to juggle multiple clients, deadlines, priorities.

Responsabilités

• Own a portfolio of 4-6 B2B accounts, setting strategy and staying close to execution.
• Serve as trusted advisor to client executives; offer strategic counsel and set expectations.
• Drive development of key messages and PR plans; review core content like press releases and Q&A documents.
• Own reporting across accounts; measure results against goals and sharpen programs.
