Job summary

Itero Group, LLC is seeking a Senior IT Project Manager to drive enterprise Project Portfolio Management adoption and enhancements. You will partner with cross‑functional teams to implement PPM capabilities, support governance, and deliver training to ensure adoption.

The role requires hands-on IT project management, strong scheduling skills, and a solid understanding of PPM processes across portfolio and program levels.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of IT project management experience in direct PM roles.
• 3+ years in program/portfolio or Agile project management.
• Strong scheduling skills with enterprise tools like MS Project.
• Experience with SDLC and cross-functional collaboration.
• Proven ability to train, enable adoption, and drive governance.

Responsibilities

• Drive PPM adoption through demos, office hours, and support.
• Support process improvements, workflows, and governance.
• Expand platform capabilities across portfolio, program, and Agile management.
• Collaborate with SDLC teams from requirements to deployment.
• Lead pilots and rollouts of new PPM features.
• Create training resources and knowledge base articles.
• Support governance activities and prioritization.
• Coordinate with PMOs, technical teams, and stakeholders.
