Job summary

SimpleTiger is seeking a Senior PPC Manager to lead paid media strategy and execution for our B2B SaaS clients. You will own multi-channel campaigns, including Google Ads, LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram, and work with cross-functional teams to drive qualified pipeline and ROAS.

You have 5+ years of hands-on PPC experience, strong analytics, and a track record of optimizing budgets and performance in a fast-paced agency or tech environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on PPC and paid social experience in B2B SaaS or similar.
• Proven ability to manage multi-channel campaigns across Google, LinkedIn, Meta.
• Strong analytics, testing, and optimization with data-driven decisions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead paid media strategies for multiple SaaS clients.
• Build, launch, and optimize campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram.
• Own end-to-end setup: keywords, audiences, structure, bidding, tracking, budgets, creatives.
• Monitor performance with CTR, CPC, CPL, CPA, ROAS, ROI, and pipeline impact.
• Create testing roadmaps for ads, landing pages, audiences, and bidding.
• Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities; present actionable insights.
• Collaborate with content/design to produce high-performing ad creative.
• Coordinate with SEO to align PPC with organic efforts.
• Communicate performance and strategy clearly to clients; lead reporting.
• Mentor junior team members as PPC function grows.
