Job summary

RedSail Technologies in Cranberry Lake, NY, is seeking a Senior Digital Advertising Specialist to execute and optimize paid digital campaigns with a primary focus on PPC-driven lead generation. You will manage day-to-day campaigns across Facebook, LinkedIn, and 6sense while coordinating with our external agency on Google Ads and Reddit campaigns.

Qualifications

3–5+ years of experience in digital marketing with a strong focus on PPC or paid media.
Hands-on experience managing campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads, 6sense; Reddit a plus.
Experience with Monday.com.
Experience collaborating with external advertising agencies.
Strong experience in B2B lead generation, preferably in non-ecommerce environments.
Proven ability to analyze campaign performance and optimize toward business outcomes.
Experience with analytics and reporting tools such as Google Analytics and platform dashboards.

Responsibilities

Build, launch, and manage PPC campaigns across platforms including Facebook/Meta Ads and LinkedIn Ads.
Build, launch, and manage 6sense campaigns.
Collaborate with external agency to manage and optimize Google Ads and Reddit campaigns.
Monitor campaign performance and optimize for CPL, CVR, and ROAS.
Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and campaign structuring.
Develop and test ad copy, messaging, and creative assets.
Manage budgets, pacing, and bid strategies across platforms.
Execute A/B tests on creatives, audiences, and landing pages.
Build and maintain reporting dashboards with insights and recommendations.
Analyze performance data to identify trends and opportunities.
Share insights with content/web teams to guide SEO/content strategy.
