Job summary

SimpleTiger is seeking a strategic, data-driven Senior PPC Manager to lead paid media strategy for our B2B SaaS clients. You will own campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram, translating client growth objectives into effective paid media plans.

Expect close collaboration with SEO, content, design, sales, and product teams to maximize pipeline, CAC reduction, and ROAS in a fast-paced, remote environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on PPC and paid social management, preferably for B2B SaaS.
• Experience managing large budgets across Google, LinkedIn, and Meta platforms.
• Strong knowledge of conversion tracking, bidding strategies, and attribution.
• Ability to translate client goals into multi-channel paid media plans.
• Excellent communication and client-facing reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead paid media strategies tailored to each client’s growth stage.
• Independently launch and optimize campaigns across Google, LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram.
• Own end-to-end campaign setup: keyword research, audience strategy, bidding, and creative direction.
• Monitor performance metrics (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS) and optimize accordingly.
• Develop testing roadmaps for ads, landing pages, and audiences.
• Provide actionable recommendations based on performance data and trends.
• Collaborate with content/design teams to craft high-performing ad creative.
• Communicate results and strategy clearly to clients; lead quarterly performance reviews.
