Job summary

Pawfy Inc. is a fast-growing US pet health and wellness brand seeking an experienced PPC Specialist to own paid search campaigns and scale revenue.

You will manage Google Ads across Search, Shopping, and Performance Max, optimize bids, keywords, and creative testing, and collaborate with e-commerce teams to boost profitability. This is a hands-on, performance-driven role requiring expertise in Google Ads, GA4, and Merchant Center, with the autonomy to influence growth across DTC channels while

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing Google Ads campaigns for high-growth DTC/e‑commerce brands.
• Expert-level knowledge of Google Ads, including Search, Shopping and Performance Max.
• Strong understanding of ROAS, CPA, CAC, LTV and profitability.
• Experience with Google Merchant Center, GA4, conversion tracking, attribution and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Own and optimize Google Ads campaigns across Search, Shopping, Performance Max and remarketing.
• Manage significant daily ad budgets and improve ROAS, CPA and conversions.
• Develop and execute advanced keyword, bidding, audience, and campaign-structuring strategies.
• Optimize Merchant Center, product feeds and asset groups to maximize visibility and sales.
• Analyze performance data, search terms, attribution and trends to identify growth opportunities.
• Lead ongoing testing across ad copy, creative assets, landing pages and bidding strategies.
